CleveStyle Magazine – Video Recording & Cell Phone Use Policy

To ensure the highest level of professionalism, quality, and protection of our content and participants, the following policies apply during all interviews, photo shoots, and video productions:

Exclusive Recording Rights

• All video and audio recordings are the exclusive property of CleveStyle Magazine.
  
• Only authorized CleveStyle Magazine personnel are permitted to record interviews, performances, or behind-the-scenes content.
  

No Personal Recording Devices Allowed

• Personal video recording, live streaming, or audio recording using cell phones, tablets, or other devices is strictly prohibited during production.
  
• This policy applies to participants, guests, family members, and any visitors present on-site.
  

Photography

• Personal behind-the-scenes photos may be permitted before or after the official taping, only with prior permission from the CleveStyle Magazine production team.
  
• No flash photography or disruptive activity is allowed during recording.
  

Privacy & Consent

• All participants have signed media release forms specifically for CleveStyle Magazine’s use.
  
• Unauthorized recordings may violate privacy rights and will not be permitted.
  

Violations

• Any violations of this policy may result in removal from the set or location, and may lead to confiscation or deletion of unauthorized recordings.
  
• CleveStyle Magazine reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain content integrity and protect all parties involved.
